Pull up bar

One of the most simple yet effective tool for exercises can be a pull up bar. You can target a lot of muscle groups with pull bar exercises.  Almost all the gyms and fitness centers have one but if you want one exercise equipment that is cheap and simple to use at home, it can be a pull up bar. There isn’t much to buying a these bars. A simple door mounted pull up bar can be as effective as any other type of bar.  You can find them in about in about all retail outlets for fitness equipment.  It can cost you anywhere from $30 – $100, spending more than that is a waste of money.  You can even make one yourself if you want. If you are a complete beginner, you may not be able to do a lot of exercises on these bars effectively as the exercises require some strength to isolate muscle groups and be effective.
