Lifetime fitness is what make a life worth living every moment. A lot of things have been said and done to help people get fit, still a majority of the world’s population is living a unhealthy lifestyle, consuming all the junk food promoted by big corporations and getting obese in return. Fast life, fast foods, lack of time, multitasking always takes a toll on a human body. Our body is amazingly adaptive to what ever you put it through. An athlete’s body would have more endurance, a weight lifter would have a powerful body, in the same way a person who does’nt do any physical activity would have problems related to health because it is not used to any physical effort.
