Even the biceps can be worked out pretty well on these bars but essentially it is for back and shoulders. These exercises are a great way to build up strength and you should have a goal as to which muscle group you have to target.
Among the different types of pull up bars available, you can have door mounted pull up bars, wall mounted pull up bars, portable pull up bars or the homemade ones. All of them are excellent options and you can choose anyone of them according to your preference. The best part is that, they all are pretty cheap so you can get one and just start up with your exercises.
